Maison S. Denton – Return & Exchange Policy

At Maison S. Denton, each garment is thoughtfully designed and, in many cases, custom-made or produced in limited quantities. Due to the exclusive and personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, tailored, and made-to-order garments are created specifically for you. For this reason:

• No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted once an order is placed.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and details at the time of purchase.

Limited-Release & Ready-to-Wear Items

All ready-to-wear pieces, including limited capsule drops and exclusive releases, are also final sale due to limited inventory and high demand.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maisonsdenton@maisonsdenton.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Fit & Alterations

Maison S. Denton does not offer refunds based on fit. However, we may offer alteration services at an additional cost.
